Our Mission And Purpose

Through Ensemble – Washington, our goal is to create a community of people from different backgrounds who want to work together to support people and organizations from the black and other underserved communities in their pursuit of becoming influential community leaders while serving as role models for the future generation.

Connect

Meeting with new people, businesses, and organizations is a critical component of our activities, because it helps us get an inside look at their profiles. This also gives us the opportunity to build a strong network which is vital to our cause. During this phase, we will learn more about their goals and projects, and if those goals and projects meet our selection criteria, then we will invite them to enroll directly in the program they qualify for using our website.

Plan

Upon a partner's enrollment and approval to the program, we move on to the planning phase of the project, which consists of identifying the areas where we can provide support, preparing a scope statement, budgeting, reviewing the deliverables, and proposing an implementation plan.

Build

In this step, we work with our partners to complete different project deliverables

Sustain

Having completed a project, it is time to present it to our community and enlist their help in ensuring its success and viability.

As a private nonprofit organization, We become involved in the life of the State of Washington by actively supporting a range of small businesses, artists, and students from underserved communities.
