Ensemble Economic Empowerment
Our Economic Empowerment is designed to empower our local small businesses to achieve more. Through this program we want to position our organization as the powerhouse of opportunities for local small business owners by providing them with capital and human resources they need to take their business to the next level. We also want to create the greatest network of small business owners, consultants, and developers within the state of Washington and get them to work together to grow their impact in our economy. Even though this program is open to all, we are striving to support more businesses owned by people from underserved communities, in an effort for equity.
Ensemble Culture & Diversity
In this program we opted put Culture & Diversity together because we strongly believe that Culture is a function of Diversity. Through this program, we aim to foster collaborations with other diversity-based organizations and also develop projects to promote and celebrate cultures in their diversity.
Ensemble Student Life Engagement
This program is designed to provide minority-based student organizations across the State with with financial, educational and professional opportunities. Through this program, we also aim to foster collaboration among these student organizations to work together on cultural and networking projects.
